The Newark Winter Festival turns Newark, NJ’s Mulberry Commons Park into a magical winter wonderland in the heart of the city as well as a family-friendly, community-centered experience. Bringing joy, warmth, economic activity and FUN to downtown Newark during the colder months, the Winter Festival ensures that Newarkers and visitors alike have year-round opportunities to explore and engage in the city’s arts and culture communities.
Time: Wednesday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m; Saturday and Sunday, 12 noon to 8:00 p.m. (Ice skating lessons start at 11:00 a.m. on Saturdays.
Cost: Skate rental tickets start at $8.00, Go Kart tickets start at $20.00, and Private Igloo experience tickets are $65.00.
