Cheryl McCants — Marquis Who’s Who and the New York & New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council

As CEO of Impact Consulting Enterprises, McCants continues to prove that anything is possible

East Orange, NJ, December 3, 2020 – Cheryl McCants recently accepted recognition for her 30+ years of professional excellence from Marquis Who’s Who as well as new positions within the New York and New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council (The Council). McCants is included in the Marquis Who’s Who list of noteworthy individuals as a result of her accomplishments and prominence in her field. As President and CEO of Impact Consulting Enterprises (Impact), a strategic diversity, equity and inclusion communication, marketing and public relations firm headquartered in East Orange, N.J., McCants tells award-winning stories and advocates for minority voices with her work. She also recently joined The Council’s Board of Directors and became Chairperson of the Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee (MBEIC).  

McCants’ inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who and The Council’s leadership positions stand as a testament to her ongoing dedication and achievements in diverse communication, advertising, and marketing. Recognized as an innovative leader who develops unique strategies that turn heads, she knows how to respectfully reach diverse audiences. Marquis Who’s Who evaluated McCants’ achievements and influence before deeming her worthy of their biographical reference list. The Council similarly took note of her demonstrated leadership skills and dedication to supporting minority business before appointing her to their Board and MBEIC.

McCants successfully carved her own path as a Black female CEO with numerous distinctions and awards. Previously named a Public Relations Guru by Positive Community, a Power Leader in the African-American community by Time Warner and Essence Magazine, and a Leader of Change for America by the National Urban Fellows, she was also recognized by the international Stevie Awards as Woman of the Year –Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations. Corporate Vision Magazine recently named Impact the Best Strategic Marketing & Communications Firm in the North Atlantic in 2020.
