WOMEN MENTORING WOMEN IS TAKING CENTER STAGE TODAY NATIONWIDE & IMPACT CONSULTING IS PART OF THIS SIGNIFICANT ENGAGEMENT
Mentoring Monday will reach 8,600 women with new knowledge and inspiration
Middlesex, N.J., February 24, 2020 – Today Impact Consulting Enterprises President and CEO Cheryl McCants is participating in Mentoring Monday, a nationwide, women-only event happening in the 43 markets of American City Business Journal, and the Advance Local Media Group of Pennsylvania, Syracuse, West Michigan, Cleveland, and New Jersey. The collective goal is to have over 8,600 women receive coaching from 1,700 mentors. That’s nearly 10,000 of the best and brightest women across the country!
McCants is speaking and engaging with other women during the two-and-a-half-hour session at the Middlesex County College location. There she is imparting wisdom gained from more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience.
“I feel duty-bound to lift, educate, and inspire other women striving to succeed in business and life,” said McCants. “None of us can achieve greatness on our own. We all need help along our journey. I’m honored to be of service in this endeavor.”
NJ Advance Media (part of Advance Local) is bringing women and 40+ influential mentors together in a casual, fast-paced coaching and “speed networking” atmosphere. The event will include motivational keynote addresses, 1:1 speed coaching (5-minutes each), and 11-minute group roundtable sessions as part of the total experience. The intention is to create a room of women meeting, engaging, and learning from one another. Mentors will talk to mentees about their careers, current employment issues, resume advice, and whatever else they deem relevant at the time.
Mentoring Monday offers a mutually beneficial experience for both mentors and mentees. Mentors gain new perspectives while mentees receive professional development.
