The Challenge

Impact currently works with Booker’s Soul Food Starters, a Black-owned consumer product goods brand founded by husband-and-wife team Claude and Crystal Booker. Soul Food Starters recently created pantry-ready seasoning kits – Soul Food Starters. The team has recently partnered with Kroger’s, Stop n’ Shop, and other retailers to bring southern cooking to your home in a snap. The “for us by us” trend of Black-owned brands profoundly impacts African-American purchases in the marketplace. Black consumers support brands that align with their lifestyles and values. Booker’s Soul Food Starters challenged Impact to promote their brand awareness through social media and marketing campaigns.

 The Solution

Impact has developed effective messaging for Booker’s for these partnerships, as well as a strategic marketing campaign for iHeart radio and other social media platforms.
