Holly is an award-winning professional business communicator with more than 30 years of frontline corporate communications and commercial broadcast news experience. She has been a pivotal member of the team at Fortune 500 companies, global and national nonprofits. She knows how to engage employees, manage the media, influence the community, steward donors, and handle crises. A strategist and tactician, she’s been at the decision-making table for mergers and acquisitions, hostile takeovers, mass layoffs, SEC investigations, and class action lawsuits. She’s strategized media coverage for the grand opening of a $1.5 billion hospital complex and managed a $1.2 million hospital construction project. She’s courted donors to a $600 million capital campaign, and employed grassroots community relations to help close the gap between the number of White Americans and Black Americans who get flu shots. She has led an interprofessional team of clinicians in a major project that improved pain management for orthopedic spine surgery patients at the nation’s fifth-ranked hospital. Captivated by TV since childhood, Holly has a penchant for programming and loves to watch the small screen, from dramas to sports, in her spare time.
