New Jersey is ranked #3 in terms of mass transit usage and in time of commute

New Jersey is ranked #1 in population density and has held this distinction since the 1970s.  There are currently nearly 1,200 people per square mile in New Jersey vs. 980 people per square mile in India.

So what does that mean?

If you are looking to hire people in their 20’s or 30’s, locate your office near mass transit.  Twenty-six percent of millenials, born between 1977 and 1995, do not have driver’s licenses.
