Ribbon Cutting: New Downtown Newark Residential Development 999 Broad Street brings affordable green housing and commercial space, tackles blight
Mayor Ras J. Baraka, Edward G. Martoglio and other City officials celebrate Newark’s latest mixed-use real estate development project. 999 Broad Street is managed by RPM Development Group and adds 87 apartments, including 47 affordable units, plus 6,500 square feet of retail space to the neighborhood. In the coming weeks, the newest Leaguers preschool location will be welcomed as 999 Broad’s primary ground-floor tenant.
